Note: -
1. Intervening days between the two examinations will be preparatory holidays.
2. Examination timings will be 8:15 am to 11:30am. Buses will ply accordingly.
3. Appearing in all the examinations is compulsory.
4. Uniform defaulters and late comers will not be allowed to appear in the examination and strict
action will be taken against them.
5. Use of Unfair Means / Cheating, during examinations will amount to zero.
6. Do not waste time while preparing and writing the examinations. Each minute is very precious.
7. Work hard before and during the examinations along with taking balanced diet and adequate sleep.
8. Watching T.V., Surfing Internet and usage of ipods & phones need to be minimised during
examination days at home.
9. Students need to understand the importance of focused self study to write the exam.
10. Students will come to the school to see the answer sheets of Annual Examinations on 12th
March'10. Timings - (8:10a.m. to 12:15p.m.).
11. The result of classes V - VIII will be declared as per the following schedule:

12. The parents should report to the auditorium at the scheduled time punctually for the Orientation
Programme for Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation to be followed in the next session. This will
take about an hour after which the result will be declared. The Orientation Programme is very
important and should not be missed or taken casually.
