Dear Parent    

 As the School is organizing a workshop by Mr Gary Jones, an artist of international acclaim and a grand master, African American puppeteer from Los Angeles, for the students of Classes III-V on Thursday, 15 February 2018, the schedule of annual examination has been modified accordingly for the same. Kindly note the Revised Annual examination schedule.

Exam Timings

Reading Time:  8:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Writing Time:   8:30a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

General Instructions-

1.      General Awareness Assessment will be held on Friday, February 09, 2018 within the normal school timings i.e. 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

2.      French/Sanskrit paper will be conducted on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 within the normal school timings.

3.      FIT (Theory) will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 within the normal school timings. FIT Practical will be conducted from February 05 -February 09, 2018.

4.      Friday, February 16, 2018 and intervening days between two exams will be preparatory off.

5.      The school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 11:45 am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will be available.

6.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams, however, if a student remains ‘absent’ on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstance or medical reason, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day / at the earliest.

7.      Answer sheets will be given only to the students on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. (Timings 8:00 am – 11:45 am). Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will be available. Attendance is compulsory.

8.      Annual result declaration will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 after the orientation in the school auditorium at 11:00am. Parents to be seated in the auditorium by 10:45 am sharp.

9.      New Session will begin from Monday, April 2, 2018. (Timings 8:00 am – 2:00 pm)
