Exam Timings:

Reading Time    : 8:30 a.m.-  8:45 a.m.

Writing Time     :  8:45 a.m.- 11:45 a.m

General Instructions:

1.      Thursday, 30^th November 2017 and Friday, 1st December 2017 will be full working days.

2.      Intervening days between two assessments will be preparatory off.

3.      The school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 11:45 am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen Facility will not be available.

4.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains absent on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstances or medical reasons, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day/ at the earliest.

5.      Use of Unfair Means / Cheating during examinations will amount to zero.

6.      PTM will be on Saturday, 30^th December 2017(Timings: 8:30 am –10:30am).

Dear Parent

The Annual Day Function is scheduled on Saturday, 18^th November, 2017, for which a rigorous practice schedule would be followed throughout the week. This would require the involvement of all teachers. Hence, school will remain closed for non-participants for classes I-XI from Wednesday, 15^th -17^th Nov’17. For classes X &XII regular classes will continue till Thursday, 16^th Nov’17. Kindly note that regular functioning of the school will start from Monday, 20^th November.

It is mandatory for all the participants to report to school regularly. Absenteeism during the practice days should be avoided at all costs as it would hamper the smooth functioning of the rehearsals.
