·         This is to bring to your kind notice that Regular Classes will be conducted for students of X, XI and XII from 2 Jan – 5 Jan 2018, the timings for which are 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. School buses will ply accordingly.

·         Pre Board Examination (for classes X & XII) and CT3 (for class XI) commences on Friday, 12 Jan 2018, the timings for which are 8:00 am - 12:00 noon.  School buses will ply accordingly.

Kindly note the Pre Board Examination date sheet for Class XII.

Exam Timings:

Reading Time    : 8:30 a.m.-  8:45 a.m.

Writing Time     :  8:45 a.m.- 11:45 a.m

General Instructions:

1.     Pre Board Practical Examination will be conducted from 22^nd December 2017 to 28^th December 2017 within normal school timings.

2.   Intervening days between two assessments will be preparatory off.

3.      The school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 12 noon. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen Facility will not be available.

4.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains absent on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstances or medical reasons, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day/ at the earliest.

5.      Use of Unfair Means / Cheating during examinations will amount to zero.

6.  The additional PE Examination (who has opted for the same) will be conducted on Monday, 29^th January 2018.

7.      Answer sheets will be given to the students of on 29^th January 2018 and 30^th January 2018, which will be regular working days.

8.      PTM will be on Saturday, 3^rd February 2018 (Timings: 8:30 am –10:30am).
