Exam Timings:

Reading Time    : 8:15 a.m.-  8:30 a.m.

Writing Time     :  8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m

PRACTICAL EXAMINATION DATE SHEET

General Instructions:

1.      Monday,11th September will be a Preparatory off.

2.      The school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 11:45 am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen Facility will not be available.

3.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains absent on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstances or medical reasons, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day/ at the earliest.

4.      Answer sheets will be given to the students on Tuesday ,3^rd October & Wednesday,4^th October 2017. within regular school timings.

5.      Use of Unfair Means / Cheating during examinations will amount to zero.

6.      PTM will be on Saturday, 14th October (Timings: 8:30 am –10:30am).

3.   The additional Subject Examination for Mathematics  (who have opted for the same) will be conducted on Wednesday, 27^th September, 2017.

4.   School Timings for assessment days (12^th September 2017 - 25^thSeptember 2017) will be from 8:00 a.m.-12.00 noon .Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will not be available.

5.   Regular working days (8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) will start from Tuesday, 26^th September 2017.

6.   It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains absent on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstance or medical reasons, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day, at the earliest.

Kindly note the schedule for Half Yearly Examination for the session 2017-18.

General Instructions-

1.      General Knowledge Written Assessment for classes IV & V will be conducted on

Tuesday,  August 29, 2017 during normal school time.

2.      Computer Theory Written Assessment for classes IV & V will be conducted on

Friday,  September 1, 2017 during normal school time.

3.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams, however, if a student remains ‘absent’ on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstance or medical reason, parents are requested to inform the school reception on the very same day/at the earliest.

4.      School timings during the Half Yearly Examination (Sept 08, 2017 - Sept 25, 2017) will be

8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

5.       Buses will leave the school premises at 12:00 noon.

6.      Parents of walkers to pick up their wards at 11:45 a.m. from School Gate No.3.

7.      Canteen facility will be available for students on examination days.

8.      Regular school timings (8:00 am-2:00 pm) will be followed from September 26, 2017.

9.      Answer sheets will be shown to the students on October 3 & 4, 2017 which will be regular working days.

10.  PTM for discussing Term-1 performance of the students will be held on Saturday,

October 14, 2017.
