Half Yearly Examination (2019-20)

Dear Parent
Kindly note the schedule for Half Yearly Examination for class V.

Exam Timings:

Reading Time    : 8:20 a.m.-  8:35 a.m.
Writing Time     :  8:35 a.m.- 11:05 a.m.

General Instructions:

1.      Half-Yearly Computer Practical will be conducted between 26^th August – 30^th August’ 19.

2.      Computer Applications Theory Exam will be conducted on Friday, 6^th September’19 within regular school timings.

3.      Thursday, 12^th September’19 will be a regular working day. (Timings- 8:00am - 2:00pm)

4.      Friday, 13^th September’19 and intervening days between two consecutive exams will be Preparatory off.

5.      The school timings on the examination days (16^th – 30^th September’19) will be 8:00am – 11:45am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen Facility will be available.

6.      Use of Unfair Means / Cheating during examinations will amount to zero.

7.      It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains ‘absent’ on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstances or medical reasons, parents are requested to inform the school at the reception or mail at the school Email ID on the very same day/ at the earliest.

8.      Regular working days (8:00 am – 2:00 pm) will start from Tuesday, 1^st October’19.

9.      Answer sheets will be given to the students on 9^th & 10^th October’19 within regular school timings.

10.  PTM will be held on Saturday, 19^th October’19 (Timings: 8:30 am – 10:30 am).
