Evaluation-3 /Annual Examination (2019 -2020)
REVISED DATESHEET 

General Instructions-

1. The school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 11:45 am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will be available.
2. It is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains ‘absent’ on any exam day due to any unavoidable circumstance or medical reason, parents are requested to inform the school reception or mail at the school Email ID on the very same day / at the earliest.
3. For a student using unfair means /cheating during any examination, the answer sheet would not be evaluated and the student will be awarded ‘Zero’ in that exam.
4. The Book shop and Uniform shop will remain open from 4^th April - 6^th April’ 2020. (Timings 8:00 am – 2:00 pm) 
5. New Session will begin from Tuesday, 7^th April, 2020. (Timings:  8:00 am – 2:00 pm).  Buses will ply accordingly.
6. Answer scripts of annual examinations (Classes III-V) will be shown to the students on Tuesday, 7^th April, 2020.
7. PTM for Annual result will be conducted on Saturday, 18^th April, 2020. (Timings 8:30 am-10:30 am)
