Instructions-
1. Computer Applications Annual
Practical Exam will be conducted from 11th Feb-15th Feb’19
within regular school timings.
2. Computer Applications Annual
Theory Exam will be conducted on Monday, 18th Feb’19 within regular school timings.
3. 25th Feb’19 and
intervening days between two exams
will be Preparatory off.
4. The
school timings on the examination days will be 8:00 am – 11:45 am. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will be available.
5. It
is compulsory to appear in all exams. However, if a student remains ‘absent’ on any exam day due to any
unavoidable circumstance or medical reason, parents are requested to inform the school reception or mail at the
school Email ID on the very same day / at the earliest.
6. For
a student using unfair means /cheating during any examination, the answer sheet
would not be evaluated and the student will be awarded ‘Zero’ in that exam.
7. Answer
sheet showing will
be conducted on Friday, 22nd March’19. (Timings 8:00 am – 11:45 am).
Attendance is compulsory. Buses will ply accordingly. Canteen facility will be available.
8. Annual Result Declaration will be held on Thursday,
28th March, 2019. (Timings: 8:00 am-9:15 am)
9. The
Book shop and Uniform shop will
remain open on 28th March’19. (Timings 9:00 am – 2:00 pm)
10. New
Session will begin from Monday, 1st
April, 2019. (Timings: 8:00
am – 2:00 pm). Buses will ply
accordingly.
